These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of merchandise by LOTOCOHO to you through the website of LOTOCOHO.COM. The website is available for purchases worldwide. Your use of the website to purchase merchandise indicates your agreement to follow and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

GARANTEE OF QUALITY

LOTOCOHO jewelry pieces are unique/one-of-a-kind pieces.

The manufacturing process of the pieces is unique and very complex. Made with the latest technologies and worked on by hand in various phases. No molds or models can repeat the pieces.  

ORDERS

All orders are subject to written acceptance by LOTOCOHO. All orders will be confirmed by LOTOCOHO, in writing, by e-mail. Merchandise displayed on the website may be out-of-stock or discontinued.

LOTOCOHO reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise or any future orders when a customer has carried out an excessive number of returns beginning from the date of the first return.

HOW TO ORDER

The product can be dragged into the bag and continue the checkout process.

Then you have to go to payment. Payment can be made via paypal, mastercard, visa.

PRICES

The prices may vary daily depending on the market value of the metals.

All prices shown in the list of our products are with tax provided that the initial configuration as a country you have chosen for delivery is one of the countries of the European Union and the rest of the world without tax.

This is because the taxes vary by country from which the purchase is made. In the final purchase summary shows the final price of the same, indicating the amount of taxes applicable to the selected country in the shipping information.

Regarding value added tax, as a rule will apply 21% tax rate for the territory of the European Union where this tax applies. All companies belonging to European Union countries except Spain will be exempt from paying this tax. In the sale to any other country VAT will not be charged, however the customs systems of each country apply the relevant tax charges.

You may purchase products on the website only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT EXPLANATION.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Fedex will ship for international destinations. For national deliveries (within Spain), MRW services will be used. All shipping costs will by paid by the buyer. 

Delivery times vary according to the order, because it is manufactured on demand with the exception of certain items that may be in stock. The production process takes about three weeks. There are a number of products in stock. In that case the goods are dispatched immediately and arrive within 5 days. 

You must take into account that the deadlines are calculated in working days and can be altered by local or national holidays. And remember, if the selected payment method is by bank transfer, the order is not executed until we have bank confirmation of the transfer (and therefore, it does not begin to run the three weeks).

 All rings are custom made to your size. Please note that this takes time to produce each individual piece to fit your needs. BINDING AGREEMENT

LOTOCOHO’s order confirmation and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be deemed the final and integrated agreement between LOTOCOHO and you on the matters contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

No personal data is stored on our servers in the system of purchasing / shopping.
